Woodgrove helping to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of business operations
Objective
Kaizen Clinical Services, Inc. (“Kaizen”) was founded in 2007 with the goal of providing the pharmaceutical and biotech industry a better option to meet their clinical trial outsourcing needs. In contrast to traditional Clinical Research Organizations (“CRO”s), Kaizen works alongside its clients to ensure seamless communication and progress within all aspects of clinical trials. The co-founders and executive management team are experienced thought leaders within the oncology clinical trials marketplace. However, they recognized the fact that their lack of business operations experience was preventing them realizing the company’s true potential. Kaizen desired to improve their operational efficiencies in order to maximize the capabilities they provide to their clients as well as their overall bottom line. Woodgrove was brought in to focus on improving overall operations and IT support to its staff and clients.
